Library Cafe Opens This Saturday, 10/20/12

Greenhouse Cafe opens its second location inside library's expansion wing.

There's a new cafe in town and it will be open for business this Saturday.

The Greenhouse Cafe, located on Euclid Street near its intersection with Commonwealth Avenue, is opening its second branch inside the Fullerton Public Library Saturday at noon. It is located near the library's conference center, which was part of its ambitious expansion project that was completed in July 2011.

“We are thrilled that Greenhouse Cafe will be open and our patrons will be able to enjoy a snack or something to drink while visiting the Main Library," said Fullerton Public Library director Maureen Gebelein in a press release. "Opening the Cafe will be the final step in our library renovation project and we are happy to have Grace and Brian Lee as partners."

The cafe will be open Mondays-Thursdays from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Fridays-Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

For more information, call Greenhouse Cafe at (714) 447-1618 or the Fullerton Public Library at (714) 738-6326.
