Looking for unique gifts for the people on your holiday shopping list? Look no further than the Fullerton Museum Center gift shop.
Everything from toys for kids and home décor items to jewelry and Fender Guitar collectibles can be found in the gift shop.
And, to make your holiday shopping even more attractive, the museum will host a “Shopping Soiree” from 6-10 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, with special bargains, hors d’oeuvres and holiday refreshments.
Soiree shoppers will enjoy a 20 percent discount on every item in the gift shop, and Fullerton Museum Center members can look forward to an extra 10 percent discount on all items.
Members of the museum’s Board of Trustees will be on hand to provide free gift-wrapping for purchases, and museum staff members will provide hands-on arts and crafts activities to keep children occupied while their parents shop.
Admission to the soiree is free.
The Fullerton Museum Center is located at 301 N. Pomona Ave., east of Harbor Blvd., in downtown Fullerton. Hours are noon-4 p.m. Tuesday-Wednesday and Friday-Sunday, and noon–8 p.m. Thursday.
Exhibit admission is $4 for adults, $3 for students with student identification and senior citizens 65 and older, $1 for children 6 to 12, and free to children under 5 and to members of the Fullerton Museum Center.
Further information about the “Shopping Soiree” may be obtained by calling the Fullerton Museum Center at (714) 738-6545.
