Central Drugs Compounding Pharmacy in Fullerton to Offer Free Flu Shots at Grand Opening

Central Drugs, a full-service compounding pharmacy, will celebrate the opening of its second location by administering free flu shots* at their Grand Opening celebration in Fullerton on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 from 2:30 until 7 o'clock pm.

The pharmacy, at 1955 Sunnycrest Drive #100, adjacent to St. Jude Medical Center, will also offer patrons food and drink from Elbows Mac n' Cheese and Breezy Freeze, as well as a drawing for an HP TouchPad, $10 gift cards, product demonstrations, discounts and giveaways from several of their medical suppliers and vendors.*

"Our grand opening celebration is open to the public and demonstrates our commitment to the health of Fullerton residents," said Nayan Patel, doctor of pharmacy and president of Central Drugs. "We truly appreciate the tremendous welcome we've received already, and invite everyone to join in the festivities and learn more about personal health and wellness."

Compounding services set Central Drugs apart from traditional pharmacies. With its on-site state-of-the-art compounding facility dedicated to providing patients with the highest quality of custom-compounded products available, Central Drugs is able to offer patient-specific dosing.

Central Drugs associates will continue to provide the immense variety of products and highest quality service that customers at the company's original location in La Habra have come to expect, says Patel, who is introducing several lines of medical equipment and home health care products at this location. "We look forward to becoming part of the Fullerton community and continuing to give back through good corporate citizenship and job creation."
